I am really starting to think that I have a virus or bug.

My AntiVir Premium, Malwarebytes, and Windows System Defender do not find anything. iTunes and many other programs won't even load up.
My DVD Drive won't open anymore and if I right click it to eject it, Windows Explorer freezes. Many programs are freezing such as the OTL program at the Drive Info part.
